Day 1: Arrival in Windhoek – Drive to Sossusvlei
Upon arrival in Windhoek, meet your guide or pick up your rental vehicle and begin the scenic drive south to the Namib Desert (approx. 5–6 hours). Arrive at your lodge near Sossusvlei in the afternoon and settle in. Enjoy the serene desert surroundings, and if time permits, take a sunset walk or optional short nature drive to see the changing colors of the dunes.
Day 2: Explore Sossusvlei, Deadvlei & Sesriem Canyon
Start early to enter the Namib-Naukluft National Park at sunrise, when the dunes are most spectacular. Climb the iconic Dune 45, marvel at the stark beauty of Deadvlei’s ancient camelthorn trees, and visit Big Daddy—one of the tallest dunes in the world. Later, stop at Sesriem Canyon for a short walk before returning to your lodge to relax under the desert sky.

Day 3: Sossusvlei to Etosha National Park (via Windhoek)
After breakfast, begin your journey north toward Etosha National Park, passing through Windhoek for a lunch stop (total drive approx. 7–8 hours).
Arrive at a lodge or rest camp near Etosha’s southern gate in the late afternoon. Enjoy a relaxed evening with dinner and prepare for the safari adventures ahead.
Day 4: Full-Day Game Drive in Etosha National Park
Spend the entire day on safari in Etosha, one of Africa’s premier wildlife destinations. Drive through the park’s vast salt pans and waterholes in search of elephants, lions, giraffes, rhinos, zebras, and antelope. Enjoy picnic stops and visit the popular Okaukuejo and Halali waterholes before returning to your lodge for a restful evening.
Day 5: Etosha to Windhoek – Departure
After breakfast, begin your drive back to Windhoek (approx. 5–6 hours), with the option to stop at small towns like Okahandja for souvenirs and local crafts. Arrive at the airport in time for your departure flight, marking the end of your unforgettable Namibian journey through desert dunes and wild savannahs
