Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our professional representative and transferred to your hotel in Nairobi. After check-in, you can relax and unwind after your journey. Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, is a vibrant urban center that blends modernity with rich cultural heritage. Depending on your arrival time, you may choose to enjoy an optional short city tour, visit a local café, or simply rest in preparation for the adventure ahead. Overnight stay in Nairobi.

Day 2: Nairobi to Samburu (Approx. 6–7 hours by road)
After an early breakfast, depart Nairobi for Samburu National Reserve, located in Kenya’s remote northern frontier. The scenic drive takes you through the lush highlands of central Kenya, past Mount Kenya, and into the rugged landscapes of Samburu County. Arrive at your lodge or tented camp in time for a late lunch. After check-in and some rest, head out on your first afternoon game drive. Samburu is known for its unique wildlife such as the Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, and the gerenuk—species not commonly found in other parks. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Full Day in Samburu National Reserve
Spend the day exploring the wild and beautiful Samburu National Reserve on morning and afternoon game drives. The Ewaso Nyiro River runs through the park, attracting a variety of animals including elephants, lions, crocodiles, and leopards. Birdlife is also abundant, making it a paradise for ornithologists. In between game drives, enjoy meals and downtime at your lodge, with stunning views of the surrounding semi-arid wilderness. Optional cultural visits to nearby Samburu villages can also be arranged, offering insights into the customs and lifestyle of the Samburu people. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 4: Samburu to Nanyuki (Approx. 3.5–4.5 hours by road)
After breakfast and check-out from your lodge in Samburu National Reserve, begin your scenic drive south to Nanyuki, located on the equator at the base of Mount Kenya. The route passes through beautiful landscapes and rural communities, with optional photo stops along the way. Upon arrival in Nanyuki, check in at your hotel or lodge and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, you may choose to relax or explore local attractions such as the Equator Marker, Mount Kenya Wildlife Conservancy, or the vibrant Nanyuki town market. Dinner and overnight stay in Nanyuki.
Day 5: Full Day in Nanyuki
Today is dedicated to exploring the diverse offerings of the Laikipia region. After breakfast, consider a visit to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, one of Africa’s most successful conservation models and home to the last two northern white rhinos, the Big Five, and a chimpanzee sanctuary. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives or participate in conservation activities such as lion tracking or behind-the-scenes rhino care.. Dinner and overnight in Nanyuki.
Day 6: Nanyuki to Nairobi (Approx. 3.5–4.5 hours by road)
After breakfast, depart Nanyuki and head back to Nairobi via a scenic drive through central Kenya’s highlands, past tea and coffee plantations. Arrive in Nairobi by early afternoon and check in at your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, with optional excursions including a visit to the Giraffe Centre, David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, or dinner at the world-famous Carnivore Restaurant. Overnight stay in Nairobi.
Day 7: Nairobi to Diani (Flight Time: Approx. 1.5 hours + 1-hour road transfer)
This morning, transfer to Wilson Airport for your domestic flight to Ukunda Airstrip, the gateway to Diani Beach. Upon arrival, a short road transfer will take you to your beach resort along Kenya’s stunning south coast. Check in and enjoy a leisurely afternoon settling into the coastal ambiance. Diani is known for its soft white sands, turquoise waters, and swaying palm trees—perfect for rest and rejuvenation. Dinner and overnight stay at your beach resort.
Day 8 & 9: Full Day in Diani Beach
Spend the days soaking up the sun and enjoying Diani Beach’s wide range of activities. You may choose to relax by the beach or poolside, or venture out for water-based activities such as snorkeling, jet skiing, kitesurfing, or scuba diving in the nearby coral reefs, a dhow cruise along the coast, or a Wasini Island tour for dolphin spotting. Return to your resort for dinner and overnight. Diani’s laid-back yet luxurious setting provides the perfect end to your safari and mountain adventure. Dinner and overnight at your resort.
Day 10: Departure
After breakfast and check-out, you will be transferred to Ukunda Airstrip or Moi International Airport in Mombasa for your return flight. Alternatively, if your international flight departs from Nairobi, a domestic flight will be arranged to connect with your outbound departure at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. This marks the end of your unforgettable journey through Kenya, from wilderness to the coast.
